Iyengar workshop with Aisling Guirke (Sept 2018)

Join Senior teacher Aisling Guirke for these monthly three hour workshops, a chance to delve deeper in your practice. Aimed at students who attend regular classes and have started a home practice, and teachers.

This is a great opportunity for all teachers (including from other yoga styles) and regular Iyengar students.

The series of classes will include work on the inversions and pranayama. Contact Claire if you're not sure about whether the class is suitable for you
