A programme of mindfulness meditation, nutritional advice,practical techniques, and individuall support.

Classes will take place every Thursday between 7.30pm - 9.00pm at The Cranmore Holistic Centre, 1 Cranmore Park, Belfast. (corner of Lisburn Road)


£10 per class including support material & tea/coffee. Iain has been a mindfulness practitioner for nearly 20 years, and an approved Samatha Meditation teacher since 2006.
