Sat 8th July 2017

Join Claire for 6 days of yoga, food, walks and retreat from daily life

Join me for a 6 nights at the beautiful retreat centre venue of Bonhays in Whitchurch, Canonicorum ( We will enjoy yoga and local walks, be fed nutritious local vegetarian food and take day trips to the seaside!

£550 – single bed in a twin room

£650 – single room

All rooms have shared bathrooms/toilets.

The price includes 10 yoga classes over the 6 days, accommodation and your meals. Flights, insurance and transport to the venue are not included.

For those of us coming from Northern Ireland or elsewhere, we will arrange car sharing from Exeter airport once we have the numbers and split the cost – I’m estimating no more than £50 per person assuming four people per car.

Rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Please pay your deposit of £200 to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable unless your place can be sold if you pull out. The balance is due by 31st May 2017.

You will need to bring your own yoga mat, belt, blocks and blanket if you have equipment. I can bring limited spares.

Contact me or 07743 841415 to book your place or ask questions.

The timetable for the weekend is approximately as follows but times are flexible:

Saturday 8th – settle into our new surroundings, one yoga class 5-6.30pm followed by evening meal 7pm

Sunday to Thursday - two yoga classes per day except one day with only one (to be decided depending on weather – allowing for a longer day trip)

8am light breakfast

10-11.30am yoga

12 midday lunch

Afternoon free for trips/walks – we will have local OS maps to go exploring!

5.30-7pm yoga

7.30pm evening meal

Local area – the surroundings are beautiful and there’s plenty to do, from local footpath and bridleway walks to visiting the Jurassic Coast. We’re not far from Lyme Regis and Bridport, both local towns with shops, cafés, arts and markets. You can read more on the Bonhays website. Bring your National Trust cards if you’re a member as there are quite a few NT properties nearby if you’re interested in such things.

Travel is not included so you will need to make your own way to the venue. I will be in touch with everyone flying into Exeter for car sharing arrangements. Those of us coming from Northern Ireland are likely to be on Flybe Belfast City arriving and departing around midday – the flights haven’t been released at time of writing.
