Between Heaven and Earth

Zhan Zhuang Chi Kung is a simple to practice style which is often found at the heart of many styles of both Tai Chi and Chi Kung/Qi Gong. The principles are based upon structural and energetic integration which can help with relaxation, improved circulation and health. The concept of being „suspended‟ and manifesting between Heaven and Earth will be the central theme of this workshop. All levels of experience are most welcome.

Adam Hellinger has over 25 years‟ experience in the practice, study and teaching of Chi Kung and Eastern medicine related bodywork throughout Europe.
