Join Fiona for 8 week course plus 1 day of mindfulness

This Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8-week programme created in the USA by Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn. Studies have shown that committed participation in an MBSR course can often lead to lasting positive effects on health and well-being.

This course will introduce participants to different forms of mindfulness practice, including sitting meditation, body awareness and gentle mindful movement. We will learn to slow down and pay attention - so that we don’t miss the precious moments in our lives and can learn to deal more effectively with times that may be stressful.

To benefit and bring mindfulness into your life, daily home practice (40 minutes) is an important aspect of the course.

WHEN: Sunday 16th Sept - Sunday 11th Nov 2.00pm - 4.00pm. Included is a full day retreat 28th Oct 10am to 4pm in a beautiful countryside location.
