Belinda introduces the concepts of writing as therapy

Every one of us has beliefs and blocks that can prevent us from expressing ourselves fully – and these become the narrative we tell ourselves about who we are and how we show up in the world.

But beneath that are often hidden gifts, dreams, heartfelt desires and parts of ourselves we have forgotten. Through writing we are able to become the ‘witness’ to the stories we have created, and in doing so open to the possibility of change.

This workshop introduces the concepts of writing as therapy. In a warm and welcoming environment you will begin to look at the story you have created about who you are, and how you show up in the world. You will get in touch with your inner voice through a series of writing exercises, and know how you can take what you have learnt and continue on your creative path to awakening.

Some of the lovely feedback from previous workshops:

“Belinda created a nurturing and supportive programme that was both gentle and stimulating. The writing exercises were the right mix of free form and driven by prompts. And, they allowed the members of the group to get comfortable with each other, learn from each other, and most importantly, recognise that we all have stuff to work through. The workshop was the ideal spring-board to start writing from an authentic place on a regular basis.” Angela T

The investment is £35

You will receive a short workbook to take home covering everything we do in the workshop, and have the opportunity to join a supportive online community to continue receiving support if desired.

This workshop is for anyone who wants to explore writing as a path to authentic living, connecting with the ‘artist within,’ and developing a deeper more loving relationship with themself, and the world around them.
