Belinda introduces the concepts of writing as therapy

Writing can be a powerful mindfulness practice. By using it as a process of inquiry, it can help us loosen attachments and habitual states of mind, as it sharpens our ability to attend to the present moment.

By deepening our understanding of ourselves we can experience increased self confidence, clarity, and more 'calm in the moment'.

By the end of the workshop you will have a deeper understanding of yourself, increased peace of mind, and you will take away with you tools to help you continue on your path of writing for mindfulness.

No prior writing experience is required.

You will receive a short workbook to take home covering everything we do in the workshop, and have the opportunity to join a supportive online community to continue receiving support if desired. 

This workshop is for anyone who wants to explore writing as a path to authentic living, connecting with the ‘artist within,’ and developing a deeper more loving relationship with themself, and the world around them.
