Cultivating Healthy Relationships

For most of us, it's in those difficult moments — in a personal conflict or in an argument — when it's clear how our communication habits can keep us from the relationships we really want.

Many people struggle every day sharing what they feel or want in a way that can really be heard. We simply haven’t been taught the communication skills, emotional vocabulary, or self-awareness needed to get “unstuck” in those challenging moments, or to prevent those moments from happening in the first place.

Imagine having the skills to transform those perpetual family conflicts into opportunities for connection with your partner or children. What if you could enter a conversation with your partner confident that you would be heard, rather than reluctant to speak at all, or fearful that everything you say would be misconstrued?

Cultivating Healthy relationships offers simple, effective communication and conflict resolution skills that will transform how you communicate — helping you foster healthy, satisfying relationships at home, work, and in your community.

Learn effective communication and relationship skills to:
• Deepen your emotional connections
• Transform judgement/criticism into understanding/connection
• Listen so others are really heard
• Get what you want without using demands, guilt or shame
• Hear the needs behind whatever anyone does or says

Investment for the day is £30 which includes email/group support, please click on this PayPal link. If you are unable to afford workshops like this then please pay what you can afford or pay by energy or gift exchange.
