Breathworks Mindfulness for Stress 8 week course

I am really excited to finally be running my Breathworks Mindfulness practice course! 

I have completed the being-taught-how-to-teach aspects of the Breathworks Mindfulness Teacher Training and now I have to run a practice course to get some experience. This course will be my first Breathworks course and it is aimed at people who would like to try mindfulness as a way to deal with their stress. 

Mindfulness has been proven to lower stress levels and to increase your enjoyment of life. I practice mindfulness and I meditate daily and I can definately say that I have been much happier and content since I began the practice.

The course costs cover the running costs of the course only as this is my first Breathworks course. 

The total cost for the 8 weeks course is £50 per person and this includes tea/coffee during the break each week. 

The course requires participants to do a home practice every week. This will start with 10 minutes of meditation in the morning and again in the evening each day and this will increase to 15 minutes and then 20 minutes. There will also be a mindfulness in daily life task that you will be asked to complete. The home practice is a very important part of the course as it allows you to feel the benefits of meditation and mindfulness yourself. The home practice is something that you need to commit to doing.
