The Creative Path with Ursula Mchugh is an 8 Week Foundation Course guiding you on a journey of self-discovery. The course looks at the creativity inherent in each of us which often gets blocked and for many get interrupted by the challenges of modern day living.

During this course you will discover talents you never knew you had, perhaps for writing, painting, music or you may finally get to pursue that idea you have for a business.

All that is required of you is a desire and a commitment to prioritise your own needs and wishes for a life you will enjoy.

You will learn to focus and set goals for yourself in your personal/professional life. You will acquire techniques on how to put your plan into action.

Through this creative process you will familiarise yourself with life-enhancing strategies to integrate into your everyday life.

By the end of the course, you will be more aware of who you are and the things in life that bring you joy and purpose.

It will open you up new ideas and ways of looking at yourself and the world around you.

The course is for anyone who craves time out to re-think, re-evaluate and re-invent their lives in a challenging, innovative and fun way.

Ursula creates a non-judgemental environment where people feel safe to be themselves.

Commences Thursday 13 September 2018 6-8pm for 8 weeks and costs £180. Book your place now by contacting Ursula direct or calling North Star on 02871414464.
