One of Ireland's biggest and most popular health, well-being and natural therapies expos is taking place in Derry, immediately after Halloween.

The Health, Well-Being & Natural Therapies Expo will bring experts from the worlds of health, beauty, well-being, nutrition, natural medicine and Spirituality together under one roof for an amazing weekend of holistic happenings.

The Expo, which takes place on 3^rd & 4^th November in the majestic Guildhall, Derry, will feature a vast fair packed with stalls brimming with health and beauty products, organic skincare, fashion, crystals, angel card readings, energy healing and an endless list of holistic retailers and readers. There will also be Inspirational Talks and Workshops and the public can take part in taster 'mini-treatment' sessions.

“This is a great opportunity to sample what the holistic field has to offer,” says expo Director Tommy McGlinchey.

“The Body Mind Soul Expo is a truly fantastic day focusing on holistic lifestyles and personal development. It has something that will appeal to everyone. The energy emanating from our events is always amazing and many go away buzzing about how good it made them feel.

“The body, mind and soul work as a system of energy. We connect our body, mind and soul to keep energy flowing within us. This energy flow can be abundant or restricted, depending on our ‘state of being’ in each moment and it changes constantly. The goal of our expo is to give people the tools to harmonise their state of being so that they can effortlessly create the life that they want. 

“It is important to create balance in your life by nurturing your whole person, which includes Spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical needs. Finding the tools to help is a step towards a healthier, more fulfilling, more empowered lifestyle. Everything people need to achieve that desired balance will be under one roof at the Body, Mind and Soul Expo.”

Over the weekend, the public will be able to amble around stalls selling Organic Skin Care, New Age Spiritual goods, Nutritional Products, Natural Health Care, Crystals and Fair Trade fashion and handmade products as well as taking in Angel Card Readings, Energy Activation, Angelic and Energy Healers, Tarot Card readings and sampling treatments of Mindfulness, Reiki, Massage and Reflexology as well as Psychic and Intuitive Readings.

The Body, Mind and Soul Expo is dedicated to educating and empowering people in alternative ways to take control of their health and is a relaxed and healing environment for the community to explore and connect.
