Put yourself in the expert hands of a certified WHM Instructor to experience the powerful Wim Hof Method breathing. Find out how you can utilize your breath to optimize body & mind.

The class kicks off with a short introduction to the Wim Hof Method and its three pillars – Breath, Cold and Commitment. Alex briefly covers safety, and any effects you might experience during the session, before explaining the basic WHM breathing technique. You’ll then bring your consciousness to body & breath for several rounds of WHM breathing. Alex will guide you throughout the session. The class ends with a short meditation.

This is a 1.5 hour class going deep into the 1st Pillar of the Wim Hof Method - Breathing.

Who is this class for?

Anyone that is pregnant or has epilepsy cannot attend. If you have a serious health or heart condition; always check with a medical professional before attending and if you get confirmation that you can; contact your instructor in advance and please bring an official letter to show that you can participate.
