Yoga is a wonderful practice during this special time of rapid transition, growth and change.
These classes will help prepare you physically, mentally and emotionally for labour and birth, as well as keeping your body and mind healthy and well during all the challenges and changes of your pregnancy.
They provide essential 'me' time, for you to slow down, unwind, connect with yourself and your baby, and meet other mums-to-be.
No yoga experience is required, lots of women try yoga for the first time during pregnancy and thoroughly enjoy it and all the benefits so just get in touch if you'd like a place as pre-booking is required.
You can join in anytime once you're 14 weeks pregnant and the classes will run from Sat 3rd May & Wed 7th May to Sat 28th June & Wed 25 June. 7 weeks costs £49
