The aim of the workshop is to start to teach you how to breathe more efficiently, helping in relaxation, controlling anxiety, helping with sleep, and may contribute to a longer life!
Qi Gong is an exercise system that is over 2000 years old, and consists of 3 elements
The body: the postures, shapes and movements
The breath: linking the breathing with the body and its movements, particularly breathing techniques
The mind: a particular mental state of relaxed, attentive focus. This is now known in modern terms as "mindfullness"
I have studied Tai Chi & Qi Gong for 20 years, I now teach in Belfast & Larne, and practice Chinese medicine in Belfast.
Cost is £25 including a sample of relaxing tea.
