Women are different to men – no surprise there!

So why do we expect a ‘one-size-fits all’ approach to life-coaching, self-development, goal-achievement, and 'create the life you desire' techniques?

The menstrual cycle is one of the most impactful influences on a woman’s motivation, energies, skillsets and perception, and it's time for the menstrual cycle to take its rightful place as a powerhouse of resources for women to use in practical everyday ways to create

* the best work / life balance
* their full potential
* goals and dreams
* the life they deserve

When we understand and recognise our four menstrual phases and their heightened skill sets we can create feelings of well-being, fulfillment, success and achievement throughout the month - even in the pre-menstrual and menstrual phases! - Miranda Gray

In this workshop you will learn how to make the most of the blessings and gifts that each of the four menstrual phases bring to your life and how to best understand and manage the limitations that may come along too.

We will discuss some of the many experiences that women share in common as well as the many ways in which every woman's experience of her cycle is unique.

We will meet once a week during a Lunar Calendar to work on each of the four Moon Phases and meet once more two full Lunation afterwards to chat about how things have changed since the workshop started and perhaps fine-tune your goal-setting techniques, charting skills and affirmations in order to re-enforce and enhance your path to wellbeing, success and feeling of contentment.

October 29th Crescent Moon: the pre-ovulation phase
November 5th Full Moon: the ovulation phase
November 12th Waning Moon: pre-menstrual phase

Wrap up session two Lunar months later: January 28, 2015
