The Sound Healing Spa - Sound Bath Relaxation Session

You are invited to join us at The Sound Healing Spa where Tessa Greer will deliver a Relaxation Sound Healing Session to allow those new to the concept of Sound as a Therapy the chance to experience it in a safe environment.

Price - £10 per person

Dates and Time: Maitri Studio, Belfast - Wednesday 10 and Wednesday 24 June 2015 - 7.15 - 8.30 pm

It will also provide the opportunity for those who have experienced it before to return yet again for a feeling of relaxation and bliss, using a range of wonderful Sound Healing Instruments.

Tessa Greer from The Sound Healing Spa will deliver this session and introduce you to the effects that different types of musical instruments can have on the body, when played with the intention of using them as therapeutic tools.

The instruments played will include Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Gongs, Drums and percussion instruments.

Even in a group environment, each person will have their own individual experience of the sounds.

For some this is felt physically, for others it works on an emotional or mental level and others may experience the session in a more spiritual way.

There is no right or wrong way to experience this session.

Please bring a bottle of water to keep beside you during the session. We supply Yoga Mats and Blankets, but please feel free to bring your own with you if this is your preference.
