Course Overview & Details

First Degree (Level 1) Reiki Anyone can learn to channel and use Reiki. Learning Reiki can open up a wonderful world of healing & self-development for yourself, your friends and family. Level 1 introduces the student to the principles of Reiki and opens the students chakras to receive the attunements which allow them to use Reiki in their everyday lives. Level 1 is the first stage of Reiki and allows the student to self-treat and also to treat friends and family. As a pre-requisite for this level you should book a private Reiki session with Debi, if you haven't already been coming to her for Reiki healing. Initial sessions are priced at the standard rate of £30 per session. As a Reiki student you can avail of a discount during your studies. Reiki sessions will be priced at £20 per session saving you £10 - this applies to any sessions taken within 60 days of your attunement. Training at Level 1 is carried out during a one day workshop. During this workshop you will cover: - History of Reiki Energy Healing Basics - The Chakra System Energy Protection and Clearing Techniques Reiki Hand Positions Giving & Receiving Reiki Reiki Principles & Philosophy Reiki Meditations and more (content may vary depending on guidance) ​Your £95 fee includes your personal tuition, attunement, detailed manual and certificate. A £30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. Please note that training is carried out by Debi Bar BA Hons, registered Reiki Master Teacher from Rocks n Rituals. Please select the Friends & Family option to avoid fees. ​Groups are a maximum size of 6 people at a time to enable Debi to provide one to one instruction and guidance. Requirements

There are no specific requirements other than a willingness to learn and an open mind. If you are choosing to attend for the workshop only option then you will need to put a lot of work in yourself so it is recommended that you attend the Reiki sessions and group activities rather than just the workshop.

If you decide to carry on to Level 2 or beyond you can continue on as the Level 2 course is scheduled for July and August 2017 or you can wait until later in the year.
