Course Overview & Details

Anyone can learn to channel and use Reiki. Learning Reiki can open up a wonderful world of healing & self-development for yourself, your friends and family. Level 1 introduces the student to the principles of Reiki and opens the students chakras to receive the attunements which allow them to use Reiki in their everyday lives. It is recommended that you have had at least one Reiki session before attending for training – this helps you understand the energy flow but don’t worry if you haven’t had one. You can always book one using the Book Now menu on the website. Training at Level 1 is carried out during a one day workshop. During this workshop you will cover: History of Reiki Energy Healing Basics - The Chakra System Energy Protection and Clearing Techniques Reiki Hand Positions Giving & Receiving Reiki Reiki Principles & Philosophy Reiki Meditations and more (content may vary depending on guidance) Please note that training is carried out by Debi Bar BA Hons, registered Reiki Master Teacher from Rocks n Rituals. Your £110 fee includes your personal tuition, attunement, detailed manual and certificate. A £30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. Once your date is confirmed, Debi will arrange the payment details with you. Once your place is confirmed your deposit is non-refundable unless Debi cancels the workshop. Requirements

There are no pre-requisites for attending Level 1 Reiki other than a willingness to learn!
