Chi walking & bio-energy workshop with Vic

Join Victor Tyrrell for a morning's workshop of chi walking and bio-energy on Saturday 23rd July 10.30am-12.30pm

Victor will guide you through the Chi Walking technique that works with the energy, fascia, bones and muscles to help create balance. With each step you will massage energy points in your feet. As a Bio-Energy Practitioner he will also add to your experience, by using specific techniques, with his hands working an inch from your body.

Separately, these practices have contributed to multiple health and wellness benefits. In combining them, the benefits are more concentrated.
