Take some time out of your busy week to ease stress, tension, anxiety and overwhelm. Relax your body, quieten your mind and drop into deep healing stillness, rest and rejuvenation. Open to everyone, no previous experience needed
Cocooned in a cosy candlelit space, wrapped in blankets, supported by bolsters, these sessions are all done lying down however you're most comfortable
Enjoy gentle accessible yogic practices that bring deep ease and calm, regulate your nervous system and drop you into the deepest rest of yogic sleep for healing transformation.
Each session will include gentle movement, mobility and breath practices that prepare and support your body, nervous system and mind to drop, with more ease, into the powerful and deeply transformative meditation of Yoga Nidra

Each session will be live in studio, as well as being offered online and recorded. Recordings will be gifted to support you in home practice, as well as being helpful if you can't make any of the sessions in person. If you can't attend in studio, you're welcome to attend live online.
