In March 2017 I attended one of Stephen's live demonstrations, never dreaming that I would be the one to volunteer to try have a trauma eliminated from my memory.

Having suffered a horrific bike accident 18 months earlier, I was suffering from Panic Attacks and Flashbacks.

Traditional counselling, while helpful, was not alleviating the symptoms.

One very brief session with Stephen changed my life.

Following on from this, I decided to do the 2 Day Training Programme in Havening Skills, with Stephen in May 2017.
