Enjoy a full day of deep nourishment for your body, mind and soul in this Autumn themed retreat, inviting you to balance yourself energetically with the season of change as you get grounded, calm, steady and relaxed, softening and easing into letting go

Drawing on the wisdom of Yoga, Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine, you’ll experience a day filled with practices, tools and lifestyle elements to support your holistic health on every level.  

The morning session will focus on connection, intention, mudras, mantras, gentle hatha yoga and self inquiry with some time for journalling and reflection.

Enjoy a sumptuous plant-based lunch weaving in delicious seasonal produce, aligning with yogic and ayurvedic principles on food energetics, and yep, that includes yummy desserts too! Everything will be dairy and gluten free, packed full of plant-based nutrition to feed your Soul!  Lots of time to enjoy, digest, and chat with like-minded folks, taking your time to relax.

The afternoon will focus on slower and more meditative practices including targeted breathwork, yin yoga and yoga nidra deep relaxation.

Finish off your day of Autumn Soul nourishment with a warming cuppa and healthy sweet treats.

Julie Preston, founder of TruYou Yoga & Wellness, is a registered Yoga Alliance Senior Yoga Teacher and Holistic Health Coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

She has been practicing yoga for more than 25 years, and teaching since 2007. She has over 2000 hours of formal trainings and over 15,000 hours teaching experience, sharing yoga with students ranging from 3-98 years old.

Her passion lies in sharing authentic, accessible yogic and holistic health practices adapted to meet you just as you are, with a focus on helping you come back home to your true self.
