The Journey of Self Healing begins...

This 1st level of training teaches the student to manage and maintain their own health on a physical,
emotional, mental and spiritual level.

The student will learn about;

* The Chakras
* How to do a Reiki self treatment
* How to treat family and friends
* How to treat pets
* Spiritual Protection
* The importance of grounding on a 
   daily basis

On the day the student will be given;
