 Course Content

•  How to improve your health & wellbeing using essential oils.

• Blending, why and how we do it.  Creating effective and safe synergistic blends to achieve great results, every time!

• How to use essential oils in an efficient, effective and above all, safe manner!

• Get to know the therapeutic properties of 5 essential oils in depth and be astonished how much you can achieve.  The better you know your essential oils, the more they can serve your own wellbeing! 

• Each lesson you can enjoy a “lotions and potions” practical, where you make your own aromatherapy blend.

• There will also be a guided demonstration of a new technique each session on how to  use essential oils and blends on yourself. 

• Includes detailed hand-outs for each session     

Each lesson is 90 minutes live on Zoom and you have a chance to interact with other participants.

Detailed hand-outs and an Aromatherapy Kit are included, so that you can fully concentrate on your learning experience. 

Please note:There will be no cancellation or refund possible after 23rd September, as the kits will be posted and for health and safety reasons can not be returned.  The decison whether the course will go ahead will be taken on the last enrolment date, so if the course is going to be cancelled by the organiser you will receive a refund.
