Gabriella brings Mysore ashtanga yoga to Maitri Studio

Mysore Ashtanga Yoga with Gabriella from The YogaTree

Gabriella invites you to join her weekly Mysore classes. This unique format is the heart of traditional Ashtanga, where students practice in a group setting but receive individual guidance - pose by pose - from an experienced teacher.

• Mysore Evenings on Wednesdays 6-8pm from 4th September 2024
• Mysore Mornings on Fridays 6.30-8.30am from 6th September 2024

Gabriella firmly believes that the best way to learn the essence of this traditional practice is to learn from an experienced teacher who guides the student through the sequence teaching them pose by pose, but in a group setting (Mysore class) alongside an occasional guided class (Saturday led class).

That’s why Gabriella is offering weekly Mysore morning and evening classes where she can guide students individually and teach them the sequence pose by pose. Students that know the sequence can practice at their own pace in the group setting, and she’ll guide them with verbal cues and physical assists if necessary.

(Please let the teacher know at beginning of class of any injuries and/or if you would prefer not to be adjusted.)
