The next 5 week blocks are Fridays 9.45am from 27th September 2024 - join Natalie to experience her heartfelt and expert guidance in creating calm and joyful beginnings for you and your baby.

About baby massage

Each session is designed to foster a deep connection between you and your baby in a relaxed and supportive environment. You'll start with soothing relaxation techniques, followed by gentle, guided massage techniques that promote your baby's physical and emotional development.

As a special touch, each participant receives a welcoming gift to enhance the experience, including baby massage oil. After class, we chat with a selection of tea, coffee, and delicious homemade treats, creating the perfect opportunity to connect with other parents.

Baby massage is suitable from 4 weeks to about 12 months.
