Weekly Gong Bath Sound Journey with SoundHenge Ireland

Sound bath with SoundHenge Ireland on Monday 15th April 2024

Lisa & Brian invite you to join them for a deep immersion into Sacred Sound & Vibration every Monday evening at 8pm.

Using giant gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, drums, rattles and a variety of world instruments they produce evocative soundscapes which encourage deep relaxation and meditation whilst restoring positive energy balance for the body, mind & soul.

The gong baths are held weekly all at 8-9.15pm.

Please bring your own mat to lie on and blanket/cushions if you can, though feel free to bring anything else you need to lie comfortably on the floor for an hour.

Lisa & Brian also ask everyone to arrive a few minutes early as they can start on time and there will be no admittance once we have started.
