Restorative yoga evening with Claire Ferry

Quiet yoga for dark evenings

Join Claire for a supported Iyengar yoga 2 hour class to rest and recuperate in the busy run-up to Christmas.

This is open to current students of Claire's with at least one year's practice.

We'll be using the props to support our practice in restorative poses to provide a basis for pranayama and inward reflection, and finishing with a guided savasana practice.

£20 - book through the Maitri Studio portal. In person only.
