Try a fun filled new term aerial yoga class with Sandra

Aerial Yoga with Sandra

Aerial yoga is known by many names and there are different schools of teaching, but the basic idea is to use hammocks suspended from the ceiling to support yoga-style poses, from providing additional lift in standing poses to allowing you to hang free in inversions! There is a mix of stretching, strengthening, cardio & abdominal/core work, as well as of course relaxation.

Sandra offers classes at Maitri on Mondays and Thursdays 7.30-8.45pm.

Classes continues after the summer break on 31st August 2023.

Absolutely love this class! A mixture of aerial yoga poses, a bit of cardio and meditation, fab class and I would highly recommend it. Sandra is a professional, friendly and welcoming top notch instructor and I can't wait for classes to return.

Would Highly recommend cocoon yoga with Sandra, just recently started doing Sandra’s class she is an amazing cocoon yoga teacher, she explains everything so well before you do each yoga move and takes you through each move step by step with so much ease and patience. I have found after doing Sandra’s cocoon yoga class I am already becoming so much more flexible and relaxed. I absolutely love cocoon yoga and can’t wait each week to go back and try each yoga move and push myself each week to further my stretches and work on my cocoon yoga technique’s.
