I support the physical and emotional well being of my clients, empowering them to live their lives more fully. I have a craniosacral clinical practice, run workshops and retreats and teach on craniosacral therapy practitioner trainings. I have a particular interest in trauma recovery, studying how neurophysiological imbalances can affect both the mind and body. 

I practice as a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist in Gilford, Co. Down, Northern Ireland.
