Family yoga with Zoe

Family Yoga is a wonderful way to come together to practice. This playful, inclusive class incorporates breathwork, creative movement, poses, partner games, mindful relaxation and songs. Class will conclude with an art activity to bring greater insight to the chosen theme.

This class will have broad appeal and suit children of all ages. As parents / caregivers or other adult family members, you will also feel the benefits and enjoy the connections made through the interactive nature of the class, in the beautiful Maitri Studio.

• Sunday 1st October 2023 1.30-2.30pm
• Price is £8 for a parent and child admission
• £4 for each additional person in your family unit
• Free entry for under 1s

Zoe is an accessible yoga and arts teacher working with community groups across the greater Belfast region. She lives on her farm in the Castlereagh Hills with her husband, three children, a dog, some hens and a dozen cows.
