Join Leaves of One Tree meditation group for a monthly sitting

Welcome to Leaves of One Tree Plum Village Sangha

Sunday 1st March 2026 2025 5.30-7.30pm

A sangha is a local community of mindfulness practitioners who gather to meditate, to share their joys and difficulties and to encourage each other on the path of practice.

We practice in the tradition of Plum Village and follow the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh.

This sangha is open to everyone - you don’t have to be a Buddhist to join us.

If you are curious please do come along on the first Sunday of each month 5.30pm-7pm. It is a relaxed and inclusive practice that includes both silent and guided meditation, mindful walking and dharma sharing.
