Would you like to learn more about the stages of menopause, discover ways to manage your menopause symptoms and embrace this new phase of life?
If so, join Jackie and other women for a 4 week course, running from Thursday 7th March 2024 7.15-9.15pm, as she guides you through yoga practices, breathing techniques, meditation and cognitive behavioural therapy strategies designed to help alleviate the main symptoms of menopause, such as hot flushes, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, irritability, low mood and brain fog.
Jackie has condensed the course to 4 weeks this time, with each session now lasting a half hour longer. You'll still be covering all the same wonderful topics….plus a little bit extra.
These sessions are the perfect environment in which you can begin to understand your body better and the changes it is going through, plus learn practical techniques and helpful tips. All in the supportive company of other women in a stage of menopause.
As well as yoga practices and breathing techniques specific to each set of symptoms, you will begin to gather other supportive strategies such as CBT techniques, dietary, supplementary and HRT advice and a library of information/handouts.
As the weeks go on, your menopause toolkit of care will fill up and you’ll find that on a physical, emotional and spiritual level you’ll begin to feel nourished and at ease with this next stage in your life. Women just simply love this course, and leave feeling more understood & heard.....plus supported & empowered to embrace their menopause journey.
