Iyengar yoga workshop with senior teacher Aisling Guirke

Aisling Guirke, senior Iyengar yoga teacher based in Dublin, returns to give monthly three hour long workshops for regular students, teacher trainees and teachers. You should be a regular yoga practitioner (not necessarily from the Iyengar yoga tradition) and familiar with sirsasana (headstand) and sarvangasana (shoulderstand). We'll be doing poses from Levels 1-3.

These are a wonderful opportunity to learn with your peers, benefit from Aisling's great experience of a lifetime of practice and many visits to the Iyengar Yoga Institute in Pune, India.

10am-1pm, £30 or £20 if money is a barrier to attendance. Book via the student portal.
