Maggie brings a Chi Me taster class and fundraiser to Maitri Studio

Chi Me fundraiser for Northern Ireland Versus Arthritis

We are delighted to have Maggie bring a new Chi Me taster class and fundraiser to Maitri Studio, as a thank you to the charity who funded her training.

Chi Me is a Tai Chi influenced exercise programme that is easy to follow and can be adapted for most people.

The movements are linked together to create a flowing, calming experience and are designed to work on strength, mobility and balance.

It is carried out seated and standing, and does not involve getting down and up off the floor. It can be carried out seated for those with mobility issues.
