Breathwork is central to the yoga practice that Maggie offers and she is passionate about making yoga accessible to all.
Her approach focuses on guiding participants toward greater self-awareness and self-care during the yoga class. During the autumn classes we will explore the theme of “Balance” through our poses, breathwork, meditation, mudras and relaxation. The theme for this new block is Gentle Breath-led Yoga to influence energy levels.
If you are new to yoga, looking to re-establish a regular practice, or seeking to explore the benefits of a breath-led yoga practice, Maggie’s classes offer a nurturing space for all.
