Introductions to Family Constellations - Understanding the roots of Intergenerational trauma

I am Sara and I have been working with women's health for over 13 years. I am a qualified Women’s Health Coach, Naturopath, Life Coach and Herbalist. I have developed my own Women’s healing modality called Ancestral Gynaecology, that addresses the root cause for women's health issues.

For the last five years I have been devoted my time researching and studying about family trauma which led me to become a Transgenerational Trauma therapist and a Family Constellation Practitioner. I have since done multiple courses on the area, specialising in Intrauterine memories (trauma passed down during the womb life), relationships, family dynamics and money. 

I’m currently completing my Ayurvedic Training in Gynaecology and Obstetrics as well as a Post-graduation in Family Constellations with the founders school based in  Germany. 

Family Constellations, or Systemic Constellation, help clients identify, understand and reconcile issues such as traumas, challenges, belief systems that cause stress, unhappiness and even sickness in one's life.

They involve looking at the unconscious bonds created by aal human beings called 'entanglements.' In a session we look at hidden beliefs that keep us imprisoned in our past and in our inherited traumas and belief systems passed down from our parents and previous generations - our ancestors.
