These monthly gatherings are for those with some mindfulness experience who wish to deepen their practice in the company of others. Each month we explore a different theme through gentle guidance and shared reflections, offering fresh inspiration for your personal journey.

The sessions include guided meditation, opportunities for silent practice, and listening spaces where we can share from the heart and truly be heard. We close with unhurried time to chat over tea and cake — a chance to connect informally and enjoy the warmth of community.

Come to nourish your practice, open to new perspectives, and strengthen the bonds of shared mindfulness

Session 1 - Why We Meditate & Relax into Practice

In our first session, we explore the heart of why we meditate - not as a task to achieve, but as a way of coming home to ourselves. Together, we’ll reflect on the deeper intentions behind our practice and how it can support greater clarity, compassion, and ease in daily life.

We’ll also discover how to relax into meditation, softening the tendency to strive or “get it right,” and instead allowing stillness and awareness to arise naturally. Through guided practice, gentle inquiry, and group sharing, we’ll begin to see how meditation can become a space for curiosity, self-understanding, and genuine rest

Session 2 - Cultivating Self-Compassion & Opening the Heart

In this session, we turn our attention toward building a kinder, more compassionate relationship with ourselves. Through reflection and gentle guidance, we’ll explore how self-compassion supports resilience, eases inner criticism, and deepens our capacity to meet life’s challenges with understanding.

Session 3 - The Courage to Be Vulnerable & Expanding Through Loving-Kindness

In this session, we explore the quiet strength found in vulnerability - the willingness to be open, authentic, and present with our own hearts and with others. Together, we’ll reflect on how embracing our tender places can lead to deeper connection, resilience, and trust in life.

Session 4 - Embracing Our Complexities & the Practice of Acceptance

In this session, we turn toward the richness and complexity of being human - our mix of light and shadow, strengths and struggles, contradictions and gifts. Rather than trying to fix or perfect ourselves, we’ll explore how mindfulness invites us to meet all parts of our experience with curiosity and kindness.
