Join Aimee every Sunday from 5th January 2025 at 10:30am for a rejuvenating mat Pilates workout, enhancing your form, strength, breath control, and flexibility.

Engage in uplifting conversations and craic with like-minded individuals while exploring various equipment such as the small ball and the Pilates ring (affectionately known as the torture wheel).

All sessions take place in-person at Maitri Studio.
