Alex's weekly breathing class returns for the summer term in 2025 at Maitri Studio Belfast.
 

Class Details:

• Term Start Date: Wednesday, 30th April
• Frequency: Weekly, every Wednesday
• Duration: 1 hour (7.30-8.30pm)
• Room: Sunflower

Pricing:

• Weekly class: £12.50 
• 4-week block: £40 (valid for 4 weeks of classes consecutively from date of booking)

What to Expect:

This 1-hour class focuses on Breathing exercises, without introductory content or in-depth science explanations. It includes:

• Guided stretches
• Breathing exercises
• Meditation
• Sharing & Q&A

I’ve designed this class for people looking to maintain a consistent practice in a supportive group setting – something I would have loved to have had during my own 7-year journey. 

To join this class you must have attended one of my previous WHM events, to join an upcoming WHM event please get in touch via email.
