Half-day intensive for neurodivergent folk with Becca

Conscious Movement is a space to move with intention, reconnect with your body, quiet the mind, and explore different ways to feel strong, fluid and present.

The Neurodivergent Body:

This is a half-day intensive for neurodivergent folk: ADHD, autistic, AuDHD, dyslexic, dyspraxic, and beyond (and for anyone whose nervous system deals with anxiety, OCD, depression, panic attacks, or overwhelm, and is ready to try a different way of coping through body and breath work).

Together we’ll move through:

• Conscious Movement and breath-work practices to help regulate and reconnect to the nervous system

• A 45-minute education element exploring the link between body and brain giving participants tools to help themselves or the neurodivergent people in their lives

• A simple catered lunch (soup & fresh sourdough), served as we close out our time together

Come as you are. No experience needed.

(Participants will need to be able to sit, stand, and move around on the ground for this workshop.)

  • Sunday 13th September at 10-1pm.
  • £55 early bird / £65 (starting September 1st)

Becca is a qualified personal trainer, functional movement teacher, and producer at a local dance company. A long-time advocate for inclusive, strength-based fitness, she brings a unique blend of expertise to her classes - rooted in years of football and volleyball coaching, a degree in Sports Coaching, Exercise & Fitness, and extensive experience in somatic movement practices.

Her passion for Conscious Movement classes began through her own journey of rebuilding mental and physical wellbeing; discovering the power of practices like yoga, Pilates, and nervous system regulation after burnout and chronic pain. That journey led her to develop a compassionate, body-aware approach that now informs everything she teaches.

Becca previously worked at a movement-based mental health facility in the U.S., where she supported a wide range of individuals, from desk workers and busy parents to those navigating trauma, fatigue, or physical recovery.

Her mission is simple: to help people feel stronger, more capable, and more at home in their bodies no matter their background, fitness level, or experience.
