Fiona’s next 8 week mindfulness based stress reduction course starts on February 7th at 7.15pm. It runs for 8 weeks and includes a full day retreat in a beautiful countryside location.
This course is scientifically backed and has been shown to help with anxiety, chronic pain, stress and much more. In fact, a recently published study in JAMA Psychiatry (a high impact scientific journal) showed quite definitively that MBSR was as effective as the top of the line drug treatment for anxiety disorders.
