More about the class and the teacher:
Rachel has been practicing yoga for decades and teaching since 2010. She is a fully qualified Iyengar yoga teacher with 4 teaching qualifications. Her classes are popular, so it's advised to book early.

This course is suitable for complete beginners or those with experience who have a good level of fitness and no significant injuries or issues. If you are not sure about the level ask Rachel by dropping her a message or call her, she'd love to hear from you. Rachel teaches a range of classes and can direct you to the class that will be right for you.
