Would you like to learn more about the stages of menopause, discover ways to manage your menopause symptoms and embrace this new phase of life?
If so, join Jackie and other women for a 4 week course, running Tuesday 6th September 2022 7.15-9.15pm, as she guides you through yoga practices, breathing techniques, meditation and cognitive behavioural therapy strategies designed to help alleviate the main symptoms of menopause, such as hot flushes, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, irritability, low mood and brain fog.
Jackie has condensed the course to 4 weeks this time, with each session now lasting a half hour longer. You'll still be covering all the same wonderful topics….plus a little bit extra.
These sessions are the perfect environment in which you can begin to understand your body better and the changes it is going through, plus learn practical techniques and helpful tips. All in the supportive company of other women in a stage of menopause.
