Breath-Body-Mind™ uses simple, safe, effective breathing and movement practices to enhance physical and mental health. These practices have been found to improve emotion regulation, mood, energy, sleep, anxiety, PTSD, physical health, and mental focus.
What are the Breath-Body-Mind Practices?
Coherent (or resonant) breathing is one of the core practices of B-B-M. This is simply breathing slowly, gently, and evenly at a particular rate. This is combined with other breathing and movement practices taken from Yoga, QiGong, and other ancient traditions. For example:
• Shaking
• Tapping
• Ha breath
• Use of sound
• Alternate nostril breathing
• Painting the waterfall
• Energy ball
• Mindful awareness of body and mind
