Tessa Greer

Sound Therapist Tessa Ann has worked in the area of Music and Personal Development for 20 years.  Having founded Beat 'n' Track - Sound & Music Solutions in 2003 (www.beatntrack.com), she has inspired others through her range of programmes and events.

Tessa offers Sound Therapy as a complementary therapy to help bring the body back into balance.  Her practice includes the use of sound therapy instruments to generate vibrations that resonate with the body to relieve anxiety and stress, whilst promoting relaxation, health & well-being.

In 2013 Tessa set up 'The Sound Healing Spa' (www.thesoundhealingspa.com) through which, she delivers Sound Therapy sessions to individuals and Sound Bath Experiences to Groups, Festivals and Events.
