I first became interested in complementary therapies fifteen years ago, seeing the value of using these in conjunction with traditional medicine. Having qualified as a registered nurse in 1988, I currently work as a nurse practitioner in an emergency department and also run my own complementary therapy clinic. 

In 2003, I obtained my diploma in Practitioners Reflexology with the Chrysalis School of Reflexology and I have continued to attend courses to update my knowledge and enhance my treatments for clients. Following my reflexology qualification, I found that acupuncture is a wonderful complement to reflexology and embarked on the study of Western Medical acupuncture in Liverpool Medical Centre with BAWMA and obtained a License to practice. I joined the BMAS and regularly met with other medical acupuncturists to update my knowledge and discuss best practice.

To add to my repertoire of therapies I qualified in Indian Head Massage in November 2011, pre-conception reflexology in April 2013, maternity reflexology in 2016 and have completed Level 1 and 2 in Bach Flower Remedies Courses in 2014 and 2015 respectively.

I am a full member of the Irish Reflexology Institute Ltd, the Federation of Holistic Therapists, and the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists and am fully insured.
