I first became interested in complementary therapies aged 20yrs, seeing the value of using these in conjunction with modern medicine. I qualified as a registered nurse in 1988 and worked as a minor injuries nurse practitioner, in an emergency department whilst running my own complementary therapy business.

In 2003, I obtained my diploma in Practitioners Reflexology with the Chrysalis School of Reflexology and I have continued to attend courses to update my knowledge and enhance my treatments for clients. Following my reflexology qualification,  I qualified in Indian Head Massage in November 2011, pre-conception reflexology in April 2013, maternity reflexology in 2016, Reiki and Therapeutic Sound.
