Well-being and Personal Development is my Focus and Passion

For the last 9 years, I have transformed and empowered individuals, groups and teams to be their best!

Prior to that, a Corporate Career of 15 years, significantly developed my experience and skills in effective leadership, excellent team working, first-class client service, enhanced performance development and positive mindset. All of which now hugely complement my life and my work.

And NEW for 2020/2021, I will be adding an OUTDOOR ADVENTURE dimension to my service offering as I undertake my Hill & Moorland Walking Group Leader Qualification.

I’ve always had a passion and love for nature and especially the hills and mountains. I will now be able to share this spirit of adventure with you, your group and your team as we work together towards COMPLETE WELL-BEING.

Life is for living! I am passionate about inspiring and motivating you, your group and your team to live life to the optimum level of potential.

In working with you, I use a variety of tools and techniques to deliver results. I am driven by change, by breaking down barriers and encouraging you to step out of your comfort-zone. This is where the magic happens!
