ABOUT MY PASSIONS & ACTIVITIES

I'm qualified in Naturopathy, Reiki to Master level, EFT Master Practitioner, which I use with clients to cope with stress and phobias, or as a tool to help with confidence building.  Reflexology is my specialist therapy which I have developed and focused on Maternity, Fertility & Preconception Preparation. I have completed the Suzanne Enzer Maternity Reflexology Course, globally recognised.

I have undertaken Sally Kay's NHS researched & approved Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage Course (RLD) which has great results with lymphodema resulting from cancer or lymphatic insufficiency. Recently I hosted David Wayte & studied his Finger Free® Reflexology method. I have also studied Cancer Care Refleology with Carol Donnelly in Dublin (SUAIMHNEAS). Recently I facilitated & completed the Introduction to Pain Management for Reflexologists with Dr Carol Samuel.

I have developed & teach the first CThA Approved Fertility Reflexology Course in the UK (Post Graduate). I have facilitated & encouraged many top UK Reflexology expert specialists to come over to NI to share their knowledge via courses, raising the standard & skills of local therapists.

I am registered with CThA; FHT; AMT & CNHC.
