Claire is the director of Maitri Studio and teaches Iyengar yoga. She is trained to Junior Intermediate II level and registered with Iyengar (UK) Ltd as the professional body for the UK & Ireland. She has over 10 years of teaching experience, and loves to practice and teach yoga! 

Claire and her husband Geoffrey sought to establish a welcoming, calm space for yoga and other disciplines in East Belfast. The flourishing community at Maitri Studio shows that this has indeed happened! Come to Maitri for yoga, sound therapy, pilates, tai chi, thai massage and lots more :)
